It’s not okay, but it’s okay

I have seen the advertisement thru online and I decided to look on it. Upon looking on it, I was amazed and I have decided to buy it. During the delivery time, there was no response on what time they will deliver. After receipt the item, it’s a bit disappointed about the quality. As it shown in pictures, quality is good but when I received it, it’s wasn’t at all. There are some dirts on the bed frame and even on the mattress there was a bit smell. Even the leg of the bed was not good at all. I have no choice to leave it like that because I have to time that time to call for customer service. But then today, I have received an email, I decided to write a review about the product. This review is not to say something bad the product and service but to help improved. The product is good but I was not satisfied on it. But then again, thank you for your service! Have a great day ahead.
